本校董事會依私立學校法及捐助章程辦理，現任第七屆董事會共 15 人。董事會議每學期至少舉行一次，全力支持校長治校理念，為本校發展之穩固基石。
The Board of Directors operates in accordance with the Private School Act and the Articles of Endowment. The current 7th Board consists of 15 members. Board meetings are held at least once per semester to fully support the President's governance philosophy, serving as a solid cornerstone for the university's development.
