為強化系友與母校間的互動，訂有「亞洲大學系友會組織發展與管理辦法」，各系所皆有專人負責與系友聯繫服務工作，增進系友情誼，促進彼此團結互助，加強與母校之聯繫互動，各系友會除落實該組織章程之運作外，應以增進系友情誼，促進彼此團結互助，加強與母校之聯繫互動為宗旨，各系系友會相關任務如下包括；協辦系友回娘家活動、推薦優秀系友候選人名單、提供在校學生職涯探索、職能輔導、企業參訪與就業媒合資源、主動公告系友動態或活動辦理成果於系友社群平台、配合系所發展招生合作事宜及其他有助於系友發展之活動等。
To strengthen interactions between alumni and their alma mater, the "Regulations for the Organizational Development and Management of Asia University Departmental Alumni Associations" have been established. Dedicated personnel in each department are responsible for alumni relations and service work, enhancing bonds, promoting mutual unity and support, and deepening ties with the alma mater. In addition to ensuring the implementation of organizational charters, departmental alumni associations aim to foster fellowship, enhance mutual aid, and strengthen ties with the university. Their core responsibilities include organizing alumni homecoming events, nominating outstanding alumni candidates, providing current students with career exploration, competency tutoring, corporate visits, and job matchmaking resources, actively announcing alumni updates or event achievements on social media platforms, cooperating with departmental development and recruitment, and organizing other activities beneficial to alumni development.
每年三月校慶辦理各系積極辦理系友回娘家活動，接待系友回母校敘舊也與在校學弟妹進行座談交流，深化系友會組織運作。
Every March during the anniversary celebration, academic departments actively organize alumni homecoming events, welcoming alumni back to the alma mater to catch up and engage in symposia and exchanges with current students, thereby deepening the organizational operations of the alumni associations.

🤝 Connection Between the Alumni Association and the University
本校校友會（財團法人亞洲大學校友會）於 2015 年正式成立，發揚「健康、關懷、創新、卓越」之精神。2025 年續由陳維恭理事長（93學年度健康管理研究所碩士在職專班畢業，現任中國附醫急症暨外傷中心急診部主任）領導。
The university's alumni association (Asia University Alumni Association Foundation) was officially established in 2015, carrying forward the spirit of "Health, Caring, Innovation, and Excellence." In 2025, it continues to be led by President Chen Wei-Kung (graduated from the Executive Master's Program of the Institute of Healthcare Administration in the 93 Academic Year, currently serving as the Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at China Medical University Hospital).
為扶植學弟妹，特設「校友會獎學金」，每學年度預計獎助 5 名優秀應屆畢業生（各學院原則上 1 名），每名頒發新臺幣 5,000 元整，並於畢業典禮中公開表揚。
To support junior students, the "Alumni Association Scholarship" has been specifically established, aiming to award 5 outstanding graduating seniors per academic year (under the principle of 1 student per college). Each recipient will be awarded NT$5,000 and publicly honored during the graduation ceremony.
為加強校友服務網絡揭開新的里程碑，亞大畢業的校友有許多已在醫界、企業界、非營利組織或自行創業者皆有傑出的表現，普獲各界肯定。為宏揚校友對國家、社會及母校之服務熱忱與貢獻，樹立優良楷模，特訂「亞洲大學傑出校友選拔辦法」，由各系(所)提名推薦名單提交至「傑出校友選拔委員會」，委員會針對表揚學術卓越楷模、職涯成就楷模、教育成就楷模、創新發明楷模、社會服務楷模、文藝體育楷模及其他楷模等，堪為校友及後學之表率者進行選拔會議。每年校慶日或畢業典禮公隆重表揚，頒贈每位傑出校友獎狀及獎盃乙座。
Marking a new milestone in strengthening the alumni service network, many Asia University graduates have demonstrated outstanding performance in the medical field, corporate sectors, non-profit organizations, or as independent entrepreneurs, gaining widespread recognition from all walks of life. To honor alumni for their enthusiasm and contributions to the nation, society, and the alma mater, and to establish exceptional role models, the "Asia University Outstanding Alumni Selection Regulations" have been enacted. Nominated candidates from various departments are submitted to the "Outstanding Alumni Selection Committee." The committee convenes selection meetings targeting individuals who serve as exemplars for alumni and successors in areas such as academic excellence, career achievement, educational attainment, innovative invention, social service, cultural and sports achievements, and other categories. Anniversary days or graduation ceremonies feature grand public commendations, presenting each outstanding alumnus with a certificate and a trophy.
