本校由環安室統籌「節能減碳小組」,主導跨單位智慧節電措施。2025 年總用電量較 2024 年大幅減少達 677,176 度,單位面積用電指標(EUI)更顯著下降 5%,成效極為耀眼。除了控管電力消耗,本校更大力推動再生能源轉型,建立永續低碳校園。

The university's Office of Environmental Safety and Health coordinates the "Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Task Force" to spearhead cross-departmental smart electricity-saving measures. In 2025, total power consumption dropped significantly by 677,176 kWh compared to 2024, and the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) decreased notably by 5%, yielding remarkable results. In addition to controlling power usage, the university aggressively promotes renewable energy transformation to construct a sustainable, low-carbon campus.

太陽能發電建置與綠能體系整合 / Solar Power Infrastructure and Green Energy System Integration

亞洲大學秉持配合國家政策的原則、打造綠色能源,已陸續完成了「太陽能光電建置工程」。在各棟建築物的頂樓安裝了太陽能發電設備,總裝置容量為 886.66 kWP。實際作為方面,根據目前與供應商的合約,亞洲大學所發電的電力將直接融入各棟建築物的低壓內部電網,並以全額的方式賣給臺灣電力公司,充分利用太陽能發電系統所產生的電力,納入臺灣的能源供應體系中。

Adhering to the principle of alignment with national policies to create green energy, Asia University has completed its "Solar Photovoltaic Installation Project." Solar power systems have been mounted on the rooftops of various campus buildings, reaching a total installed capacity of 886.66 kWp. In practice, under the current contract with the provider, the power generated by Asia University is integrated directly into each building's low-voltage internal power grid and sold in full to the Taiwan Power Company (Taipower), maximizing the utility of the solar systems and feeding clean energy into Taiwan's power grid.

此外,本校更積極引入社會創新模式,「綠主張綠電生產合作社」為台灣的公民電廠能源合作社之一,本校也在第三宿舍設置公民電廠,案名:天空14號。藉由公民的出資與捐贈,以亞洲大學第三宿舍為主體,設置再生能源發電設備推動能源的地產地消模式,建構能源自治與低碳社會,同時提供環境學習與教育的場所。

Furthermore, the university actively embraces social innovation by partnering with the "Green Advocate Green Power Production Cooperative," one of Taiwan's leading citizen-owned power plant energy cooperatives. A citizen solar plant has been established at Student Dormitory III under the project name "Sky No. 14." Funded and supported by citizen investments and donations, this renewable energy facility drives a local production and local consumption model, fostering energy autonomy and a low-carbon society while serving as a venue for environmental learning and education.

亞洲大學積極推行環境保護策略,不仅獲頒室內空氣品質「優良標章」,更於 2025 年全面通過 ISO 14064-1:2018 組織型溫室氣體盤查外部查驗(涵蓋範疇一至範疇三),以 2024 年為基準年,積極邁向 2050 淨零碳排目標。

Asia University actively executes environmental protection strategies. It has not only been awarded the "Excellent Badge" for indoor air quality, but also fully passed the ISO 14064-1:2018 Organizational Greenhouse Gas Inventory external verification (covering Scope 1 to Scope 3) in 2025. With 2024 established as the base year, the school is systematically advancing toward its 2050 net-zero carbon goals.

水資源管理與中水循環治理
Water Resources Management and Reclaimed Water Recirculation Governance

亞洲大學全面布建數位水表與智慧化監控管理系統,即時偵測防漏。自建校初期即斥資 4,110 萬元打造高階污水處理與中水回收系統,污水處理設施採間歇式批次操作(SBR)設計,處理後之中水 100% 導回太極湖、荷花池補注並執行校園植栽噴灌,落實生態水循環。

Asia University has deployed digital water meters and intelligent monitoring systems across campus for real-time leak detection. Since its founding, the university has invested NT$41.1 million to establish high-grade sewage treatment and reclaimed water recycling systems. The sewage facilities utilize a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) design. 100% of the treated reclaimed water is directed back to Taiji Lake and Lotus Pond for replenishment and used for campus landscape irrigation, implementing a true ecological water cycle.

廢棄物源頭減量與綠色化學方針
Waste Reduction at Source and Green Chemistry Guidelines

本校一般事業廢棄物皆由源頭分類後集中清運處理,2025 年生活垃圾清運量為 284 公噸,資源回收總重達 57.788 公噸。針對實驗室有害事業廢棄物(化學廢液),本校全面推行「綠色化學管理三原則」,從源頭精準減廢。

The university's general waste is sorted at the source and centrally cleared and treated. In 2025, domestic waste collection stood at 284 metric tons, while resource recycling reached 57.788 metric tons. For hazardous laboratory waste (chemical waste liquid), the school thoroughly enforces the "Three Principles of Green Chemistry Management" to minimize waste accurately at the source.

本校校地原為甘蔗園,歷經二十年耕耘,現已廣植 1 萬棵喬木、5 萬棵灌木與 5 萬坪綠地。全校汽機車停車場均堅持使用造價昂貴 3倍的「生態工法植草磚」,將綠覆率推向 97.3% 的驚人生態指標。

Originally a sugarcane field, the university campus has been cultivated over two decades into an eco-haven boasting 10,000 trees, 50,000 shrubs, and 50,000 pings of lawns. All vehicle parking lots employ eco-engineered grass pavers that cost three times more than standard paving, pushing the green coverage rate to a staggering 97.3% ecological benchmark.

管理大樓構築的「綠色水濂」綠建築,每年可淨吸 14,000 公斤二氧化碳,讓室內體感常溫實質降低 2°C,成為名符其實的「會呼吸的大樓」

The "Green Water Curtain" architectural feature of the Management Building absorbs 14,000 kg of CO2 annually and reduces indoor temperatures by 2°C, turning it into a literal "breathing building."

本校嚴格依循法規,優先選購具環境保護標章、省水、節能等綠色認產品。進一步從源頭落實綠色供應鏈方針。

Strictly complying with regulations, the university prioritizes procuring products with green labels, water-saving certs, and energy-efficient ratings, further anchoring green supply chain policies from the source.

2025 年綠色採購總金額達 11,712,695 元,綠色採購比率高達 70.16%,連續多年榮獲臺中市環保局績優認證肯定。

In 2025, total green procurement spending reached NT$11,712,695, achieving an exceptional green purchasing ratio of 70.16%, earning prestigious performance awards from the Taichung Environmental Protection Bureau for consecutive years.
