亞洲大學高度重視學生學習成效，整合「班級導師」、「曼陀導師」與「職涯導師」建立健全的「三導制度」，採分工與協作方式提供全方位照顧。學校規劃有完整的入學前先修導覽、入學後課業與自主學習關懷，並嚴格落實學習落後預警機制，全方位深化學生專業發展與就業競爭力。 Asia University attaches great importance to student learning effectiveness, integrating "Class Tutors," "Mentor Tutors," and "Career Tutors" to establish a robust "Three-Tutor System" that delivers holistic care through division of labor and collaboration. The university maps out a complete pre-admission bridging guide, post-admission coursework, and autonomous learning care, while strictly implementing an early warning mechanism for students with lagging academic performance to comprehensively deepen professional development and career competitiveness.

本校極具社會公民責任，編列專用獎助學金並推動「起飛計畫」積極建立多元支持方案，協助經濟不利與弱勢學生減輕升學及就業負擔，安心戮力於學業發展。 Embodying a profound sense of social corporate citizenship, the university allocates dedicated scholarships and grants while driving the "Takeoff Project." This actively sets up multi-faceted support schemes to alleviate the higher education and employment burdens of economically disadvantaged and underprivileged students, enabling them to focus on academic development with peace of mind.

(三) 學生身心健康輔導III. Student Mental Health Guidance
健康中心諮商輔導專責單位依據教育部政策，落實「校園自我傷害三級預防模式」。從初級的心理健康衛教宣導、二級的高關懷篩選介入，到三級的跨專業網絡整合，多管齊下守護全校學生之身心健康平衡發展。 The dedicated counselling unit of the Health Center actively enforces the "Three-Tier Campus Self-Harm Prevention Model" in accordance with Ministry of Education policies. From primary psychological health education and awareness, secondary high-care screening and intervention, to tertiary inter-professional network integration, a multi-pronged approach is executed to safeguard the balanced physical and mental development of all students.
(四) 職涯輔導與畢業生流向IV. Career Development & Graduate Destination Tracking
學校致力建構智慧型職輔系統，積極協助各年級學生透過 UCAN 進行職業興趣探索與職能診斷，近幾學期平均施測率皆達 96% 以上（遠超校務發展計畫設定之 80% 目標）。在 114 年委託辦理之雇主滿意度調查中，本校畢業生於職場態度上備受肯定。 The university is committed to building an intelligent career guidance system, actively assisting students across all years to engage in vocational interest exploration and competency diagnostics through UCAN. The average participation rate in recent semesters reached over 96% (significantly surpassing the 80% target outlined in the University Development Plan). In the 114 Employer Satisfaction Survey commissioned by the institution, our graduates' professional workplace attitudes were highly acclaimed.
