亞洲大學積極落實大學社會責任 (USR)，設立專責委員會加強與周邊社區的互動合作。透過定期召開共好會議，與在地行政單位及教育機構共同研議區域發展方案。
Asia University actively fulfills its University Social Responsibility (USR) by establishing a dedicated committee to strengthen interaction and cooperation with surrounding communities. Through regularly convened synergy meetings, the university jointly deliberates regional development plans with local administrative units and educational institutions.

攜手霧峰區公所落實社區綠化、資源回收及低碳生活環境之改善工程。
Partnering with the Wufeng District Office to implement community greening, resource recycling, and improvement projects for low-carbon living environments.

與當地派出所及鄰里長合作，強化治安巡邏、災害預防及居民防護意識。
Cooperating with local police stations, neighborhood magistrates, and village chiefs to reinforce public safety patrols, disaster prevention, and resident protection awareness.
校園開放與空間共享
Campus Openness and Space Sharing
本校秉持開放校園理念，積極將校園空間開放給社區居民使用，開放運動場地、草坪、休閒空間等。另外也開放部分教學教室與會議室給社區居民或社團借用舉辦課程與活動，豐富社區居民生活，拓展本校與社區之交流合作。
Upholding the philosophy of an open campus, the university actively opens its spaces—including sports fields, lawns, and leisure areas—to community residents. Additionally, selected classrooms and meeting rooms are available for booking by local citizens or organizations to host courses and events, enriching community life and expanding exchange and cooperation between the university and the public.

針對社區常使用的場館，訂定合理開放管理制度（如開放時間、使用費用、預約制度），保障使用權益均衡且符合法規。
Establishing reasonable open management systems (opening hours, usage fees, reservation policies) for facilities frequently used by the community to ensure balanced access rights in accordance with regulations.
智慧停車管理
Smart Parking Management
進行停車管理與規劃，管制不當停車以改善周邊道路壅塞，為社區提供車位並加強監管以保障校園安全。
Implementing parking management and planning to control improper parking and alleviate congestion on surrounding roads, providing parking slots for the community while enhancing monitoring to guarantee campus safety.
校園即拍攝景點
Campus as Filming Attractions
創校即致力建構「花園大學」與無圍牆校園。建築典雅且環境翠綠，常年支持婚紗拍攝、偶像劇、廣告及中小學戶外教學。
Since its founding, the university has been committed to building a "Garden University" and a campus without walls. With elegant architecture and lush green surroundings, it year-round accommodates wedding photoshoots, TV dramas, commercials, and outdoor learning for schools.

Library and Knowledge Resource Linking
本校圖書館基於資源共享、服務社會的理念，通過提供免費資源、舉辦教育和文化活動、社區合作和參與以及推廣閱讀等方式，幫助社區居民更了解世界和自己，從而提升生活品質和社會貢獻。
Based on the concept of resource sharing and social service, the university library provides free resources, organizes educational and cultural events, engages in community cooperation, and promotes reading. This helps community residents better understand the world and themselves, thereby enhancing their quality of life and social contribution.

在不影響師生員工使用館藏資源情況下，開放校外讀者免費進館閱覽，亦開放予圖書館之友及校外人士免費使用館內電腦檢索。符合《圖書館開放閱覽要點法規》及《資料檢索區使用規則》。
Without affecting the use of collection resources by faculty and students, external readers are allowed to enter for free reading, and Friends of the Library as well as external individuals can use library computers for database retrieval free of charge. This aligns with the "Library Open Reading Regulations" and "Data Retrieval Area Usage Rules."
(2) 開放教育和文化活動

開放校外單位免費申請參觀導覽（包含 AI 體驗坊）或圖書館利用課程活動。特別記錄：2025年包含日本佐伯鶴城高中與越南FPT大學學生均蒞校交流參觀。
External organizations are welcome to apply for free guided tours (including the AI Experience Workshop) or library utilization courses. Special Record: In 2025, students from Saiki Kakujo High School in Japan and FPT University in Vietnam visited the campus for academic exchanges.

(3) Community Cooperation and Engagement
推動圖書館人文創新與社會實踐「熊愛讀冊漂書計畫」。長期在霧峰耕耘、延展學術能量並培力在地團體，與當地社團、店家合作建立漂書點，期望使霧峰處處漂書香。
Promoting the "Bear Loves Reading Book Crossing Project," an initiative of library humanistic innovation and social practice. Cultivating long-term roots in Wufeng, extending academic capacity, and empowering local communities, the project collaborates with local associations and stores to establish book crossing stations, aiming to spread the aroma of books throughout Wufeng.

亞洲大學現代美術館
Asia University Museum of Modern Art
由蔡長海創辦人特別請託日本著名建築大師安藤忠雄所設計，希望提供給亞大師生及民眾最好的生活與學習環境，享受藝術薰陶。美術館為推廣美學教育不遺遺力，特定族群進入本館參觀享有優惠價格。
Specially commissioned by Founder Tsai Chang-Hai and designed by the world-renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, the museum aims to provide the best living and learning environment for AU faculty, students, and the general public to immerse themselves in art. The museum spares no effort in promoting aesthetic education, offering discounted ticket prices for specified demographic groups.

志工服務是本校實踐全人教育與社會責任的重要途徑。透過志工培育、校園與社區服務的深耕，逐步形套兼顧專業養成與價值培育的志工體系，發揚陽光利他之精神。
Volunteer service is a key avenue for the university to implement holistic education and social responsibility. Deepening volunteer cultivation alongside campus and community services, the university progressively shapes a comprehensive volunteer system balancing professional training with value nurturing to promote a bright, altruistic spirit.

多元志工培育
Diversified Volunteer Nurturing
每學期開設基礎及特殊訓練課程（109-114年度基礎訓累計2,717人次、特殊訓累計3,513人次）。每年規劃不同主題之成長課程，培養學生反思能力與自我成長。
Basic and special training courses are offered each semester (Cumulative: 2,717 person-times for basic training and 3,513 person-times for special training from years 109-114). Diverse themes of growth courses are planned annually to cultivate students' reflective capacities and self-growth.
長者關懷服務
Elderly Care Services
帶領志工學生深入在地社區陪伴高齡長者，透過帶動跳、手作活動與互動陪伴促進世代交流，深化對高齡議題的理解與尊重。
Leading student volunteers into local communities to accompany elderly residents. Generational exchanges are fostered through guided exercises, handcraft activities, and interactive companionship, deepening the understanding and respect of senior-related topics.
偏鄉孩童陪伴
Remote Area Children Companionship
組織學生團隊前往偏鄉地區（如花東新村等）陪伴孩童，進行課業輔導、遊戲與情感支持，回應孩童對陪伴的需求並關注教育平權。
Organizing student teams to visit remote areas (such as Huadong New Village) to accompany children, providing homework tutoring, games, and emotional support, actively responding to children's companionship needs and advocating for educational equity.
