亞洲大學資訊處負責智慧校園的建置與規劃,根據校內需求全面整合 ICT 科技、雲端計算、AI 及物聯網 (IoT) 等前瞻技術,致力於提升教學、研究與管理資源的互動性及效能,提供全校師生優質的教學品質與高度便利的生活環境。透過 5G 基礎台與智慧感測器的整合應用,達到智慧環境監控、能源管控及強化整體場域安全。

The Office of Information and Communication Technology at Asia University is responsible for the implementation and planning of the smart campus. Based on institutional needs, it comprehensively integrates cutting-edge technologies such as ICT, cloud computing, AI, and the Internet of Things (IoT). It is committed to enhancing the interactivity and efficiency of teaching, research, and management resources, thereby providing faculty and students with high-quality education and a highly convenient living environment. Through the integrated application of 5G infrastructure and smart sensors, the university achieves smart environmental monitoring, energy control, and enhanced overall campus safety.

1. 行政管理面向
Administrative Management Dimension

資訊安全與智慧服務:本校主動導入網路安全防禦系統及 ISMS 資訊安全管理制度,全力提升校園網路與資訊服務的穩定性。此外,建置智慧儀表系統對校內各項數據進行即時動態監控,並提供個人化的 AIoT 創新服務,例如校園 App 搭配智慧定位的行動簽到機制。

Information Security & Smart Services: The university proactively implements cyber defense systems and the ISMS information security management framework to maximize the stability of campus network and information services. Furthermore, a smart dashboard system has been constructed for real-time dynamic monitoring of campus data, delivering personalized, innovative AIoT services such as the campus App paired with smart-location mobile check-ins.

空間管理、身分識別與微定位:針對車輛出入建置「智慧車牌辨識系統」進行智慧閘道管制,保障師生停車服務權益。行政管理全面整合微定位裝置,布建於第一、二、四停車場及美術館停車場,靈活應用於行動考勤;同時發展智慧身分識別與活動借用平台,便利師生即時查詢與活化校園空間。

Space Management, Identity Recognition & Micro-location: For vehicular access, a "Smart License Plate Recognition System" is deployed for intelligent gate control, safeguarding the parking rights of faculty and students. Administrative management fully integrates micro-location devices deployed in Parking Lots I, II, IV, and the Museum parking lot for agile mobile attendance tracking. Concurrently, smart identity verification and event booking platforms have been developed to facilitate real-time queries and revitalize campus spaces.

2. 數位學習面向
Digital Learning Dimension

智慧學習環境與 Beacon 導航:本校全面建置 Beacon 微定位平台,並與「智慧圖書館」技術深度結合。館內推動人臉辨識入館管理、自動感應照明、無人化自動借還書,並搭載「智慧館員(小秘)」提供個人化借閱推播與書籍導覽服務。此外,校內設置 AI 體驗坊以充分支援實作教學。

Smart Learning Environment & Beacon Navigation: The university has comprehensively built a Beacon micro-location platform deeply integrated with "Smart Library" technology. The library drives facial recognition access management, automatic motion-sensor lighting, and unmanned automated book borrowing/returning, accompanied by an "AI Librarian" that delivers personalized borrowing pushes and book navigation services. In addition, an AI Workshop is set up on campus to fully support hands-on practice.

得坊智能導航 (The Way):為解決傳統室內缺乏硬體定位的痛點,亞大自主研發「得坊智能導航系統」。該系統具備僅憑平面圖即可快速建置與極簡易維護的優勢,透過創新的「視覺標的」技術,以直觀對話方式引導使用者指出鄰近標的作為導航起點,完美將互動式電子地圖融入日常生活。

The Way Intelligent Navigation: To resolve the pain point of lacking hardware positioning in traditional indoor spaces, Asia University self-developed "The Way Intelligent Navigation System." This system boasts the advantages of rapid deployment and simple maintenance based solely on floor plans. Utilizing innovative "visual target" technology, it guides users via intuitive dialogue to indicate nearby targets as navigation starting points, seamlessly integrating interactive digital maps into daily life.

3. 校園生活與環境監控
Campus Life and Environmental Monitoring

智慧宿舍生活圈:全面升級宿舍公共設施品質,推動智慧化宿舍公共設備整合。學生不論在何處,皆能透過手機 App 即時跨時空掌握公共設施的運作狀況(如即時查閱智慧洗衣機的運轉進度),以全方位物聯網架構滿足學生的個人化生活需求。

Smart Dormitory Living Circle: Thoroughly upgrading the quality of dormitory public facilities, the university drives the integration of smart dormitory public equipment. No matter where students are, they can monitor the operating status of public facilities in real time across space and time via a mobile App (such as instantly checking the progress of smart washing machines), fulfilling students' personalized lifestyle needs through a comprehensive IoT architecture.

智慧化監控溫濕度與澆灌系統:針對校園大片綠地(如宿電與行文間草坪、醫健大樓旁草坪)建置科技生態網。系統結合了自動澆灌配置網路澆灌控制器、現場影像分析、AI 影像辨識與電子圍籬技術,能即時區分出「藍色警示範圍」與「紅色精準澆灌範圍」,將澆灌轉型為自動化智慧分析流程,大幅節省珍貴的水資源。

Intelligent Temperature/Humidity Monitoring & Irrigation System: A technological eco-network has been established for large green spaces on campus (such as lawns between dorms, electrical engineering, humanities, and administration buildings, and next to the Medical and Health Sciences Building). Combining automated irrigation network controllers, on-site video analysis, AI image recognition, and electronic fencing technology, the system instantly differentiates between "blue warning zones" and "red precision irrigation zones," transforming irrigation into an automated smart analysis workflow that heavily conserves precious water resources.

藉由物聯網整合平台將即時感測數據、氣象資訊與控制作業無縫連結,優化整體澆灌品質,成功降低整體場域能源能耗,全面實踐低碳生活校園。

🌿 Sustainability & Green Energy Efficiency Benefits:
Through the IoT integrated platform, real-time sensor data, meteorological information, and control operations are seamlessly linked to optimize overall irrigation quality, successfully minimizing total field energy consumption and thoroughly executing a low-carbon living campus.
