亞洲大學護理學院大學社會責任(USR)計畫「打造高齡友善通識城」，與「紅色社會企業」合作，1月14、15日開辦「永續發展SDGs種子師資培訓」工作坊。運用其開發之「我們與永續的距離」SDGs桌遊，開啟多元整合體驗與學習模式，深入了解聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)17項指標，將SDGs融入既有專業課程，提升SDGs創意教學，引導學生活躍於全球未來的領域趨勢、落實健康專業落實生命關懷與社會實踐。
The University Social Responsibility (USR) project "Building an Age-Friendly General Education Town" of the College of Nursing at Asia University (AU), in collaboration with "Red Social Enterprise," organized the "Sustainable Development SDGs Seed Faculty Training" workshop on January 14 and 15. Utilizing the self-developed "Our Distance from Sustainability" SDGs board game, the workshop launched a multi-integrated experiential learning model. This enabled faculty members to gain a profound understanding of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), integrate them into existing professional curricula, elevate creative pedagogy, and guide students to actively engage in global future trends while applying healthcare expertise toward life care and social implementation.
亞大為推動全校融合專業與全球永續綠領資歷，學校積極引導推動下，成立校級永續發展專責專責。各學院則成立學院永續運作與專責，依各院專業屬性推動校人融入SDGs專題與校務活動，培養具有世界公民意識與永續發展力的學子。
To facilitate a university-wide integration of professional domains and global green-collar credentials, AU has actively established a university-level dedicated sustainability unit under proactive institutional guidance. Each college has subsequently set up its own sustainable operations committee, driving the incorporation of SDGs topics into curricula and administrative activities based on departmental specializations, thereby nurturing students with global citizenship awareness and sustainable development capabilities.

護理學院院長吳樺姍表示，護理學院現有校務推動與專業實踐中，「健康的促進」(SDG3)、「優質教育」(SDG4)、「性別平等」(SDG5)、「尊嚴工作」(SDG8)、「永續城鄉」(SDG11)、「夥伴關係」(SDG17)等指標，皆融入通識與院內專業學程課中。希望藉由與「紅色社會企業」跨領域合作，帶來多元創新的教學手法，並結合實務與在地管理，尋找並提出適當解決方案，為全島與國際永續與社會公共責任，現引發深思。各學系亦可作為其中指標與發展的優勢基礎，未來可望在拓展SDGs與護理、長照與高齡教研上有更多突破。
Dr. Hua-Shan Wu, Dean of the College of Nursing, stated that within the college's ongoing administrative advancement and professional practices, targets such as "Good Health and Well-being" (SDG 3), "Quality Education" (SDG 4), "Gender Equality" (SDG 5), "Decent Work and Economic Growth" (SDG 8), "Sustainable Cities and Communities" (SDG 11), and "Partnerships for the Goals" (SDG 17) have all been seamlessly integrated into general education and departmental specialized tracks. It is anticipated that this cross-disciplinary collaboration with "Red Social Enterprise" will bring forth diverse and innovative teaching methodologies. By fusing practical applications with localized management to discover and present viable solutions, it provokes deep contemplation regarding domestic and international sustainability and social public responsibilities. Each department can leverage these targets as an advantageous foundation for future breakthroughs in expanding SDGs within nursing, long-term care, and senior education research.
工作坊首日，由紅色社會企業共同創辦人陳建利運用SDGs桌遊「我們與永續的距離」引導參與師長。這套桌遊事件卡覆蓋全球、與台灣在地多項核心文字載結、時事與政策，共同討論對應之SDGs指標、進行專利設計合作或競爭，藉此引導師長優化課程中社區關懷與社會實踐、傳遞永續未來的能量。
On the first day of the workshop, Chien-Li Chen, co-founder of Red Social Enterprise, utilized the SDGs board game "Our Distance from Sustainability" to guide the participating faculty. The event cards within this board game encompass global and local Taiwanese core current affairs, hot topics, and policies. Instructors jointly discussed the corresponding SDGs targets and engaged in collaborative or competitive scenario planning, thereby guiding them to optimize community care and social practice within their curricula and transmit the momentum for a sustainable future.
次日，紅色社會企業共同創辦人林介偉分享永續治理與倡議，連結亞大校務與推廣SDGs實踐方案，引導參與師長共同發想，在實踐中「體制、投資、解決、倡議」四個面向的思維模式，小組各專業教師熱烈參與激盪腦力。當各組進行專利事件卡卡、社會營運與管理、守護社區、醫療服務與環境等，並演練在既有課程中，妥善運用我們與永續的距離之教學事件卡融入既有教學事件卡。作為高齡專長進一步帶入融入與活化社會責任講座，實作產出多項融入各學系且具特色SDGs模式融入既有學程課中。會後更由工作坊之聯合組長、副導等頒發紅色社會企業認證證書予獲證師長。
On the following day, Chie-Wei Lin, another co-founder of Red Social Enterprise, shared insights on sustainable governance and advocacy, linking AU's administrative operations with SDGs implementation schemes. He guided participants to collectively brainstorm through a four-dimensional mindset framework: "System, Investment, Solution, and Advocacy." Faculty members from various specialties enthusiastically engaged in brainstorming sessions. Teams analyzed scenario cards encompassing social operations, community safeguarding, medical services, and environmental issues, practicing how to adeptly weave the "Our Distance from Sustainability" educational scenario cards into existing teaching milestones. This active hands-on session generated multiple unique SDGs instruction models tailored to each department's core tracks, further revitalizing social responsibility seminars with eldercare expertise. Following the workshop, the organizing chairs presented Red Social Enterprise certification credentials to the accredited faculty members.
參與師長表示，過去對如何將硬質SDGs課題融入教學感到十分頭疼，大專期間兒童責任的責任已拆為專業發展學習，思維較偏限。這次培訓受益匪淺，帶領師長看到更多國內外正在發生的事件，了解永續如何與SDGs17大指標建立直接連結。例如醫學健康管理與長照病防、營養等日常學常生活中的密切關聯。桌上遊戲提供了引導師長學校健康教育推動的新行動、透過遊戲的方式，不僅加深對SDGs指標的認識，也碰撞出創新教案的新靈感，將對學產生一大救濟與啟發。
Participating faculty shared that they previously found it quite challenging to seamlessly incorporate rigid SDGs themes into their teaching, as professional development and social responsibility often felt isolated, resulting in a confined perspective. This training proved highly rewarding, allowing instructors to witness real-world events taking place both locally and globally, and to understand how sustainability connects directly with the 17 major SDGs targets—such as the close relationships between healthcare management, long-term care, nutrition, and daily routines. The board game offered a fresh course of action for advancing health education on campus; through interactive gameplay, it not only deepened their comprehension of SDG indicators but also ignited new inspiration for innovative lesson plans, which will greatly benefit and inspire students.
